This is a post / video that I really wanted to share. You may have seen the video of How Reiki changed my life. And since then, I have been marvel at the benefit that brings us to our lives when you are committed to both receiving from a Reiki facilitator and self-treatment.

On my way I have experienced a lot of physical healing, hormone regulation, changes in my reality and fluidity in my way of life. In addition Reiki has helped me connect with my spirituality, something I believed in but had lost faith. It has also helped me to be closer to people who love me and I love them even more. To be more compassionate (when I was younger and it's something I'm not ashamed of, it was quite vindictive) now I don't believe in an eye for an eye; for as the saying says, "Eye for an eye, the world will be blind; and that is something in which I am not personally aligned." I believe that people who harm us or situations in which we suffer do so because they suffer and what they need is LOVE. REIKI IS LOVE. It's that energy, it's that hug we need or that bra when we have fears or we feel alone.

Reiki has given me a purpose in this case as a facilitator, offered me a new way of doing an activity of help and service to society in exchange for a remuneration that I establish. The list of benefits follows and follows and follows. I feel that these benefits will continue to surprise us: as the last physical healing I experienced where a warp or one of my students was burned, it helped another almite to remove the spots on my skin from my legs.
