He lived far away from school, but every day he came earlier than we had to get, with an immense smile and a lot of desire to keep learning. I'm not very sure what role he had, whether they were my students or I was the student. I feel like at school, we all had all the papers. All my colleagues were very respectful and were not ROBOTS or DINOSAURIOS, they were human, with our concerns and our dreams. Until that moment, I would never have imagined making vacation plans with people at work. That was different. Despite «occupied Parisian» that makes you always busy. Whenever I could I loved to share time with my school colleagues: some meals, visits, meeting their families, meditating together, sharing, walking, laughing, gossip... I felt really at ease.
In school with my students I could practice a part of me that was latent in depth: energy. He showed them how to manage, how energy influenced them and how to behave. We had a diffuser of essences and they chose the essence of the moment according to the focus of the activity we were going to perform, reflection, reading, exploration project. Little by little, each one began to know each other a little better, communicate and above all know what was moving them from within. How many of us would have liked them to have taught us from that point on?
A year after being in that beautiful place, the director changed and the energy changed. I slowly started to feel like I was going back in time. When I went to school, I got memories and feelings of when I went to school. I don't want to be misunderstood and thought that I didn't like to go, but compared to what we had created, I was beginning to feel a change of direction towards a more traditional teaching. 🙁
