Constancy and your habits

Many of us say that we are not constant, that we are difficult to be constant and that it is our Achilles heel. Now I want you to look at your past experiences and some fact you've achieved: a job you wanted, buy a car or a cell phone that loved you, allow you to travel to a dream place. How do you think you got all that?

If you think being constant is swimming against the air, you're wrong. Being constant is taking a step and a step. The size of each step doesn't matter, the important thing is to have direction. Let's go back to the examples. I'm gonna take the example of traveling to a place.

Not constant people: they talk about all their dreams, they would like to go and travel to a place. They even say, my goal next year is to go to Thailand, for example. The days and months are slowly passing... the year is coming and the months are still going and the person is not going anywhere. You talk to her again and she says, «Yeah, well, it got complicated, I'll do it later.». In this situation there are MUCH GRANDES ERRORRES that have affected him energy and that have blocked that he could afford to go to Thailand and meet his goal.

The constant people: they talk about all their dreams, they would like to go and travel to a place. They even say, my goal for next year is to go to Thailand, I've watched some videos and fascinated me in the north, there are several villages I'd love to go. This person will look at plane tickets and inquire about the culture and sites you can visit. Normally, that next year is usually accelerated and is met before or at the latest on the verbalised date.

Why is this happening? Is it luck? No, it's not. Both people were able to make the trip but the difference was:

  • Clarity where you want to go.
  • Commitment to materialize
  • Information search
  • Investing your time (energy more valuable than your money)
  • When you feel ready, you will be fully confident to have taken the steps and will jump to the purchase of the tickets. He will not hesitate and let fear paralyze him and his dreams with them.

Now go back to the question I asked you at the beginning of the post. Visualize your way and what you did when you wanted to get something. What steps did you take? How did you feel? If you had no information or didn't know how to get it, did you ask for help? How long were you planning on meeting your target? How long has it been done?

I'll let you reflect on these questions for now. In a few days I will share a free MasterClass where you will be able to expand your knowledge on this subject and apply them to your day-to-day, gain confidence and realize that you are actually aware. Don't let your mind tell you you're not capable.

I love us,

Irene
