Beliefs and your ENERGY

What are beliefs telling you? What are beliefs? Can you change your beliefs?

Beliefs are part of you. They begin by directing your thoughts, by passing your thoughts to your actions, and if you keep letting them take that control, they will also direct the results you have in your life. Think of a person who goes great in life and another person who always has problems. The way they both face similar situations are very different. The first person will face them as learning opportunities, when he is afraid not to know, he will find a way to find the necessary tools to help him get the best possible result.

As for the second person, when he has a difficulty, he looks in total darkness, if he can try to escape and pretend he has no problem, put the automatic pilot and continue. Every now and then, he'll try to look at that anger problem. At best, he will make some attempt to ask for help or to look for who can give him those tools; but when they tell him the energy investment (time, money...) that he means, he is paralyzed and prefers to stay as he was.

After this little bit of theory, as you know, I like to give you realistic examples, so you can identify your beliefs on your day to day.

A woman who every time she meets a couple and gets excited about her. In time, he just realized that it's not the love she'd like to have. Three responses:

  • REPLY A: decide to do nothing and go on with your life, thinking you are doomed not to know anyone who wants it, as you would like. She feels she doesn't deserve that love story she dreams of. It is said that such luck and love is for other more fortunate people.
  • REPLY B: decides to investigate a little bit about relationships, starts reading and begins to interest personal development. Over time, he begins to identify his beliefs and feels that he would like to deepen a little more with a professional who guides and teaches him more. When he contacts several people, offering him sessions and formations that will help him to continue learning and acquiring tools, he wonders. That much money? Do I really need that course? What if this person doesn't help me and at the end of the process I stay as I am? Then he says to himself: with all the free information I find in youtube and social networks is enough (letting his beliefs of non-merit hold him back from his learning and resolution of his conflicts)
  • REPLY C: In this process, women begin to investigate on their own. He starts reading, looking for information, and he starts to intubate where he should go deep. Contact a professional who has seen online, and feel an instant connection. When they tell you the investment you have to make, the doubts begin. Is this really what I need? Is that enough money for me right now? What if I asked someone else to compare? At that point, you remember what you read in a book. If you want different results, start by doing different things. It makes a deep breath, and decides to begin the process guided by its inner voice.

Which one do you identify with? Be honest with yourself. Personal work only works when you are prepared to observe those areas to work from full transparency and honesty. Don't be afraid. Work your beliefs on a way of life. I keep working them and sometimes I keep getting caught. The fun thing is to have the tools, look at the front belief and destroy it with your light. Fear is that last test that the EGO puts us to stop us from all the BRILLO, to solve that which upsets you. Think of all the times you decided to jump: How were the results? What did you feel?

I love us,

Irene Onaste 🌻
