I'm sure you've ever heard of Reiki. I had to listen to it several times to really connect with this energy tool. The first time they introduced me to this technique, they told me that you could heal through your hands. What? My mind from that moment, more than five years ago, it was hard for him to believe it. It was hard to believe that I could heal myself through my hands. He suffered from migraines among other things and I said. If I find something that helps me reduce some situations, why not? I didn't lose anything by learning it, and I'd meet new people.
