A few days ago I was on a wonderful trip to Mexico. A super magical land full of nature. I had the pleasure of experimenting and connecting with your animals (many iguanas, augutis and some serpent above all) and also your plants. Although this resin had already felt it, I could connect even more with its power: THE COPAL.

COPAL is an aromatic resin used as incense in some Central American countries, especially in Mexico. Its smell is a mixture of wood, pine, fruit and citrus. For thousands of years they have been used in many parts of the world in rituals. COPAL resin is obtained from trees or bushes. The COPAL tree is medium-sized, about 15 meters high; it blossoms in spring and fruit in summer and autumn.

Through this plant are made tinctures for oils and aromatic resins much appreciated by humanity since ancient times to make incissos, perfumes and remedies. The COPAL purifies, protects, attracts love and abundance, connects us with infinite love and introspection. The Incas offered the COPAL to the Sun God and burned it on a gold tray. It is said that the smoke of COPAL serves to communicate with the spiritual world by bringing our word, thought and feeling to the Universe.

For thousands of years, incense has been used not only for its lasting smell and a sense of tranquility, but also to eliminate any kind of negativity in that place.

Traditionally COPAL was used as a sahumerium, burning the resin on top of a charcoal or ramites in a copalera. People were bathing with smoke in order to purify themselves, feel protected and blessed. It was also used to protect places, people, clean rooms and eliminate any kind of negativity.

At present, is used in the traditional way and is also used in incise rods. The use of the copalera is not always very comfortable and that is why I bring a fusion: sahumites, the unindustrialized smallpox-shaped smallpox so that you can use it as you wish: by cleaning up energy, cleaning up your house, harmonizing your chakras, helping you immerse yourself in your meditation...   The COPAL gives us protection helps us to harmonize our energies and transform any kind of dense energy into more subtle energies.

As for their therapeutic use, are used in both yoga spaces, psychology, therapeutic consultations and support in the energy and aromatherapy field. This essence also acts on the limbic system of the brain, which is the one that manages our emotions; hence, some therapists help with this essence to support the processes of their patients.

Remember that COPAL is a super powerful energy tool that will help you connect with meditative states, improving your concentration and stimulating your creativity.
